About this service
ICAN provides Personal Support Services to adults in the following areas of Sudbury: Downtown core, Flour Mill, Donovan, West End, Gatchell, Copper Cliff and Walden. The goal of this service is to help adults with minimal needs to remain independent in their own homes. ICAN works with the client to develop individualized service plans that reflect the unique individuality of the person. Services are prescheduled. Services Include: Assistance with personal hygiene and activities of daily living. Homemaking is not provided under this program. To apply for this service, please contact CCAC.
