About this service
All ICAN clients are assigned a key worker who will provide one to one support when required. One to one support may include providing a client with information, resources, support and guidance; ensuring access to coordinated delivery of services; providing emotional support and encouragement and liaising with other ICAN staff, community agencies, and family members. In addition, for clients who are adapting to a recently acquired disability, additional one to one support may be provided based on individual needs. This service can be provided on site or in a clients home.
