About this service
The Off The Street Shelter (OTS) program provides 30 temporary cots and a warm, safe place to sleep with light snacks, outreach and referral services to individuals 16+ of all genders who are homeless and unable to access other shelter services. OTS operates from 10 pm to 8 am, seven days per week. It offers services to persons under the influence or otherwise disconnected from mainstream shelter services, however alcohol and drug use is not permitted on the premises.
