About this service
Provides meal delivery for new mothers for 6-8 weeks post natal and ensures nutritional well-being of new mothers and children in their care. This program is available for parents including their pre-school aged children. To begin this service, a pre-assessment will be completed. Components of this program include both the Hot Meal Program (HMP) and the Home Meal Replacement (HMR) Program. Fees are $7.75 for a regular meal and $8.00 for sugar substitute meal.
