About this service
In addition to the above services, the Developmental Support Services Program also provides assistance to adults with Developmental Disability in conflict with the law through its Justice Case Management Service. This service provides the following: Support to assist the client in understanding court processes and procedures Liaison with court and other organizations on behalf of the client Advocating on behalf of the client within the court system to ensure their rights are acknowledged and not compromised Identifying and advocating for a diversion program where appropriate
