About this service

Mood and Anxiety Program (MAP) The Mood and Anxiety Program (MAP) provides group based therapy services for individuals 16 years of age and older who are experiencing depression, bi-polar disorder, social anxiety, anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. The program also provides therapy for individuals with borderline personality disorders. The MAP team uses evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based approaches and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
