About this service
Counselling and Therapy Services are available to help children and youth who have mental health concerns, and their families that cannot be addressed through less intensive means (e.g. brief services). The clinicians will work closely with the client and their family to specify goals and outcomes. Counselling and Therapy Services can include a range of approaches and settings (e.g., individual, group, family) as well as clinical practices (e.g., cognitive-behaviour therapy). Services are provided within the context of the family, culture, and community, and can be provided in a range of settings and frequency.
