About this service
Stop Now and Plan (SNAP) SNAP is a 13-week evidence-based program for girls and boys, ages 6 -12, and their parents/caregivers. This gender-specific cognitive behavioural model provides a framework for teaching children struggling with behaviour issues, and their parents, effective emotional regulation, self-control, and problem-solving skills.
