About this service
The Greater Sudbury Police Service offers a Co-operative Education Program for local secondary and post-secondary students. It provides students with valuable work experience while assisting our organization in maintaining a strong relationship with the surrounding community. We are proud to be able to provide placements for students each year. Students are offered placements in various areas such as: Finance Technical Support Administration Human Resources Health and Wellness Learn More Students are encouraged to speak to their Guidance Counselors or Co-op Program Coordinators about Co-op Placement opportunities with the Greater Sudbury Police Service. The school will then liaise with Human Resources to determine availability of placements. Students may be invited to attend an interview to assess their suitability for placement. All eligible students will be required to undergo a Background Check conducted by our Service at no charge to the student.
