OUR TEAM Here when you need us Our Team is led by our three senior physicians - Drs. Dhatt, Gauthier and McKay. We have grown into a unique clinic recognized for its innovative work as Ontario's "2017 Family Practice of the Year". Our Junior physician team consists of Drs. Callaghan, Gervais, Chenard, Poulin, and Presello and our newest team member Dr. Ubriaco, will be leading the growth and direction of NEOMO into the next decade honoring the principles of evidence based, patient-centered care. Our administration department is supported by our full-time administrative staff Michelina, Tyler, Oliviah, Caleb and Chelsey. This team is responsible for managing the phones, bookings, registration and provide tremendous support to our patients as they navigate the health care system both inside and outside of our office. Our nursing staff work tirelessly to ensure patients receive comprehensive care at every visit. From preparing the charts to obtaining the best possible medication reconciliation to addressing preventative care and providing immunizations, our nursing team excels at coordinating the patient journey at every visit. NEOMO offers same-day availability 7 days a week which means no-appointments necessary for clinic patients only! At NEOMO, we are always working towards excellence in patient care.
