COVID 19 Update: Call to sign up for virtual or over the phone appointments
Adult Community Service Order Program (C.S.O)
- The C.S.O program is a community-based program that arranges for eligible individuals to serve time for minor offenses in the community, rather than jail, by performing various community service functions.
Adult Federal Diversion Program
- Adult participants in this fee-for-service program are diverted from the normal court process as they participate in education and awareness programs. Successful completion of the Diversion program ceases further criminal proceedings related to the charge.
Bail Verification and Supervision Program
- Referred individuals are supervised after being released from custody on bail. Assists in the reduction of overcrowding in the province of Ontarios correctional facilities
