About this service

Miyo Maskihikiya uses holistic approaches to wellbeing and health through the Medicine Wheel teachings. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are all interconnected, Miyo Maskihikiya looks at the balance to ensure all needs are being met, and how we can meet those needs. This approach reduces family violence, improves mental and physical wellness and reconnects traditions to nurture the spirit. Miyo Maskihiya provides one on ones, group work and various ongoing programs.
