Real work for real pay! Our Employment Staff Team (Career Compass) will use their expertise to develop skills, assist in finding competitive employment, and help to maintain a positive work relationship with employers. Guidance is provided every step of the way, on an as-needed basis for both the job seekers and businesses we working with.
What are Employment Services?
Our recently modernized Employment Services, known as Career Compass combines years of experience in providing employment services with a fresh look and approach. We assist each person to develop work related skills, assist in seeking opportunities for meaningful employment, provide on site job coaching, and provide direction with small business start ups and their sustainability.
