About this service
Naloxone is a lifesaving medication that can quickly restore the breathing of a person who has overdosed on heroin or prescription opioid pain medication. Contact our staff to arrange for further information or your training and kit today.Naloxone can reverse an opioid overdose and is available for free without prescription at pharmacies in Canada. It only works on opioids and starts to work right away after it is given. Friends and family of someone who is at risk of opioid overdose are also eligible to receive a Naloxone kit and training.
