About this organization
Whether you have recently been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness, are supporting someone with a life-limiting illness, or have experienced the loss of a loved one, there are support services available to you at Hospice Georgian Triangle at no cost. Today, Hospice provides a variety of programs in clients homes and at Campbell House, a modern 10-bed facility located at 240 Erie Street in Collingwood. Hospice Georgian Triangle lends support to almost 500 local families each year. It still relies on hundreds of volunteers for raising funds and providing care.
