About this service
Tenants want a safe, suitable and affordable home to rent. Landlords want tenants to pay rent on time and take care of their property.
The RentSmart model is designed to build a common understanding between tenants and landlords, leading to a conflict free tenancy.
Rentsmart offers education and support services to tenants and landlords with one goal: Successful Tenancies.
RentSmart offers 3 key programs: RentSmart Basic, RentSmart Certification, and RentSmart Landlord.
The Landlord Liaison at the Help Centre is Northumberland's Coordinator for RentSmart. Various sessions will be running throughout the year.
