About this service
We pride ourselves at the Active Recovery Clinic in our experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapists. Our staff is well versed in manual skills, McKenzie, Mulligan as well as Schwarmen approaches to physiotherapy care. Several of our therapists have extensive knowledge and experience in the assessment and treatment of sports injuries and much more.
We believe in the active approach, and the best predictor for recovery is regular participation and progress in physical exercise. Most injuries are a cause or result of muscle imbalances that usually cannot correct themselves on their own. Your physiotherapist will instruct you on injury specific exercises.
