About this service
Our Youth Support program exists for youth 16 to 21 years of age.
The purpose is to provide support in many different areas for youth. While the primary assistance is centered on finding safe, affordable, permanent housing, this program also offers supports with financial issues, family issues, school issues, and other youth related challenges. Youth are provided one-on-one sessions to fully meet their needs.
Youth Support provides assistance in the following areas:
- Homelessness
- Transportation to Emergency Housing
- Available Housing Lists
- Landlord Mediation
- Family Mediation
- Ongoing Support
- Advocacy & Mentoring
- Life Skills Training in a Group and one-on-one.
- Referrals
