About this service
The Assisted Living Services for High Risk Seniors program has been developed to address the needs of high-risk seniors so that they are able to remain safely at home. The services provided are personal support, homemaking, care co-ordination and security checks or reassurances services, with visits within a 24-hour period in a scheduled and unscheduled model. An applicant shall meet the eligibility criteria required to receives these services.
