About this organization
South Chatham Village was developed by Christians for seniors (60 plus). It is a non-profit organization, operated by a volunteer Board of Directors. We offer 67 well designed one and two bedroom apartment nestled in a park like setting. Located in central Chatham there is convenient access to the bus line, shopping and other services. Our grounds include an attractive, safe walking path with seating areas. Garden plots are available to tenants to grow flowers and vegetables. A canopied shuffleboard court is located just outside the Common Room.
