We provide care and engage our community to change how families live the important experiences of end of life. Operates a 10-bed hospice. A hospice is a home-like setting providing comfort and support for patients and their families including emotional, spiritual and highly-specialized physical care. The Chatham-Kent Hospice will provide residents with an alternative for end-of-life care. Currently the only options are to die at home or in hospital.
