About this service
Your initial appointment will be a full focused physical assessment by our Registered Nurse. Lipid testing will be ordered (if it has been longer than 2 years since your last) blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference will be measured You will receive a heart health report card which will tell you your risk of having a cardiac event in the next 10 years Those who are found to be at a greater risk will be connected to the Doctor/ Nurse Practitioner associated with the Heart Health Program for further assessment and medication management.
