About this organization
The Louis-Hmon Cultural Center has the mandate to promote, develop and disseminate the elements of Franco-Ontarian culture and the arts in general and to make them available to the Francophone population of the community and surrounding areas. Still promoting partnership and cooperation, the center has set itself the following objectives: series of performances by professional artists series of visual arts exhibitions by professional artists develop and promote the arts in all its forms coordination of the Artist in Schools program professional development service for artists translation service representation on various committees, councils and community organizations French music and literature shop The Cultural Center is the representative of Francophones and the promoter of the arts in the community. We are always looking for collaborations with schools and community associations. Founding member of the Alliance of Committed Francophones of Chapleau. This alliance makes it possible to solidify community ties through activities and meetings.
