The library offers a range of ongoing programs and services to its members. These include free access to various materials in the library's collection, such as printed books, DVDs, audiobooks, and online resources. Patrons also have the opportunity to borrow items from Tweed and Marmora libraries. In addition, the library provides computer services, including PC access and educational programs for children. Other amenities include free WiFi, scanning, printing, and a "Library of Things" with board games, Lego, and fishing tackle. The library also offers passes for Ontario Parks and Quinte Conservation. Throughout the year, the library hosts free programs, such as tabletop game nights, book clubs, holiday craft programs, and virtual storytimes. The TD Summer Reading Program takes place during July and August. The library maintains an online presence through social media accounts, a website, and a chat feature. Their meeting room is available for rent, with discounts for nonprofit and community groups. The library prioritizes accessibility, with wheelchair accessibility, large print books, audiobooks, assistive technology, and mobile services for those unable to visit in person. Library staff provide personal assistance in various areas, including internet access, government form filling, and setting up digital reading platforms. The library also offers exam proctoring for distance education students. The majority of the library's operations are managed by three frontline staff members, with the support of dedicated volunteers. In 2022, the library resumed in-person events and began planning for new programs in 2023.
