About this service
Infant Care | Birth to 18 months
Our infant programs place importance on providing for the infant's individual needs in a secure, loving and stimulating environment. Social, emotional and physical development is fostered through active exploration, sensory, and musical experiences. Our infants enjoy outdoor experiences through outdoor play and/or community walks. Staff ratio is 1 staff to 3 infants, and is maintained at all times as per Ontario Regulations.
Toddler Care | 18 months to 2.5 years
Our toddler programs encourage children to actively explore their environment with a hands-on approach that stimulates natural learning. The continual enhancement of social, emotional and physical development is a major focus. Toddlers enjoy outdoor play experiences in the morning and afternoon daily. Staff ratio is 1 staff to 5 toddlers.
Subsides available. YMCA Child Care serves two snacks and a nutritious lunch each day.
