About this service

Based in Positive Psychology, The Science of Happiness introduces practical, accessible strategies to increase happiness and decrease feelings of anxiety, depression or sadness. Join us weekly for one or all 12 workshops to learn the science of improving happiness. Langs Social Workers will present for the first half an hour and then participants can share experiences, ask questions or just listen and connect with others.
