About this service
Saint Luke's Place provides long term care to 114 individuals in four Resident Home Areas. All admissions are via referrals received from the Community Care Access Centre. Basic, semi private and private accommodation rooms are offered. The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care sets rates. Saint Luke's Place aspires to provide the best possible care and service for residents. Services include assistance with aspects of daily living including medical care, medication administration, recreation, leisure, and restorative care programs, dietitian services and laundering of personal clothing. Pastoral care and social work are also an integral part of Saint Luke's Place approach to holistic care.
