About this service
Lutherwoods Partners program provides intensive in-home, virtual or community-based support for families with children 7 years old up to their 18th birthday. Our goal is to reinforce a family's strengths and build coping skills and resiliency, Partners enhances the ability of parents, caregivers and children to function as a healthy family unit. Each family is assigned a Partners Family Support Worker who will work directly with you for 1-3 hours a week for up to three months. The focus is on setting achievable individualized treatment goals based on desired changes, developing skills, practicing strategies to address challenges, and monitoring progress.
