About this service
Monsignor Doyle Catholic Secondary School officially opened in 1976 as a junior high school for students in grades 7-10. In 1985 public funding was provided for Catholic secondary schools and grade 11 was added and by 1987 Doyle had transitioned to a full high school. As the surrounding neighbourhoods of South Cambridge grew, so did the school community and renovations followed in 1995 and again in 2006. We currently have 1015 students enrolled and 116 amazing staff consisting of wonderful teachers, a chaplain, educational assistants, youth care workers, custodians, administrative assistants and administrators who all play an integral part of making Doyle the fantastic faith based community that it is.
