About this service
Considering Change is a nine-session group designed for individuals who are actively using one or more substances and are thinking about making changes to their use. Throughout the sessions, participants will develop a greater understanding of substance use and consider how it impacts their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Topics include harm reduction, safer use practices, managing withdrawal, exploring the process of change and substance use treatment options.
