If you are 18 or over, please contact Here 24/7 for service. We can help you when you: are feeling sad, overwhelmed, stressed or even hopeless are having relationship problems (family, friends, etc.) are having thoughts about hurting yourself or others are struggling with school have a mental health diagnosis and need to understand it better We are here for you, to listen to you, and to help you. It doesnt matter what you want to talk about.
