About this service
Cambridge Memorial Hospitals Seniors Health Services and Seniors Mental Health Team deliver Specialized Geriatric Services to seniors of Cambridge and North Dumfries. Seniors Health Services provide multidisciplinary Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments in outpatient, emergency department, inpatient and long-term care settings. Health Services works in collaboration with primary care providers, the Seniors Mental Health Team, the Community Responsive Behaviour Team, the Intensive Geriatric Services Workers and Community Care Access Care Coordinators.
