About this service

Community Outpatient Mental Health Clinic offers time limited psychiatric support to children, adults and seniors living with severe and persistent mental illnesses.

The Adult Community Outpatient Mental Health Clinic offers a variety of services which includes individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric consultation, coordination with community care partners, injection and medication management.

Group Therapy includes;

  • Mindfulness group for mood and anxiety
  • Concurrent Disorders
  • Chain Analysis Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Trauma Group Emotional Resilience
  • Coping with crisis
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills
