About this service
Community Outpatient Mental Health Clinic offers time limited psychiatric support to children, adults and seniors living with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The Adult Community Outpatient Mental Health Clinic offers a variety of services which includes individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric consultation, coordination with community care partners, injection and medication management.
