About this service

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our food support services have adapted to continue to serve the growing numbers of most vulnerable seniors, families and individuals.

Clients receive food hampers monthly by appointment at prearranged pick up times on Monday, Wednesday or Friday 10 AM 4 PM. Please contact your Care Coordinator

Food donations can be dropped off weekdays, Monday through Friday between 9 AM 4 PM (Red Bin at rear of Exchange).

Please call 905-584-2300 ext. 276. Should you get our voicemail please leave a message and we will return your call promptly.

Emergency Food only for residents of Caledon. We provide food vouchers to residents of Caledon for local grocery stores, maximum once per month.
