About this service

CCS provides confidential support, programs and resources to address the challenges faced by individuals and families in our community. It is our goal to help people meet those challenges through responses that help people help themselves.

The Community Supports Program offers supportive counselling and a range of resources that target specific needs. Kidz in Caledon and Santa Fund support is directed to those ages 0-18 yrs. All other programs are open to residents of all ages.
