LEAP: Low-income Energy Assistance Program
The Burlington Community and Family Services is an intake agency for the LEAP program.
To apply for Union Gas assistance, please call The United Way at 1-888-487-5327. Once you have completed their application you will be directed to contact our office to complete your application by providing supporting documents.
To make an appointment to apply for hydro assistance or to complete an application made through the United Way, please contact Elizabeth at (905) 637 3893 Extension 104.
