About this service
Bridging the Gap offers Transitional Housing for Youth in Halton who are between 16-24 years of age. Youth are not permitted to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while on site and youth who are experiencing active substance abuse/addiction will be referred to a more appropriate program as necessary. The Bridge House program provides off site staff support during the two year period to assist youth in learning essential life skills and achieving their personal goals.
