If youre struggling with the loss of a loved one, you dont have to struggle alone.
Grieving is part of the normal healing process, but it can be hard work. And everyones experience is different.
Bereavement Support gives you the opportunity to talk about your loss in a safe, non-judgmental space. You can learn about the grieving process and give yourself the space to understand, process and acknowledge the changes that your loss has brought to your life.
This program is offered free of charge through the generosity of our volunteers, funders and donors.
