About this service
Many people with developmental disabilities are able to live independently with some support. Brantwood assists people to find places to live and our professional staff provide support to people based on their individual needs. Supports can include assistance with job seeking, meal planning and cooking, medication management, banking, attending medical appointments, learning how to use transportation systems, healthy living and wellness. With support from Brantwood, people supported achieve independence by learning news skills, building confidence and participating in their community. Hours, days and frequency of services are individualized for each person supported.
