About this service
Transitional Employment Services Worker. This program provides intensive one-to-one case management supports to transitional program clients who are housed but facing multiple barriers to employment. Benefits of working with the Transitional ESW:
- One-to-one employment counselling and coaching directly in the community
- Development of an individualized action plan
- Connection to internal and community resources
- ERE benefits (e.g., funds for transportation, work clothing)
- Access to the Employment Development Specialists for job placement supports (internship and/or paid placements)
