This one hour workshop is intended primarily for those in management or policy making position. Our facilitators help you to understand the AODA and requirements your organization will need to meet under the Customer Service Standards. We will overview items such as :

  • purpose of the AODA
  • identify solutions to barriers
  • required policies & procedures related to persons with disabilities
  • policies regarding assistive devices, service animals and support persons
  • type of training required for staff
  • compliance reports and enforcement
