About this service
Early Intervention supports individuals who have experienced a first episode of psychosis to lead fulfilling, satisfying lives within their community. The Early Intervention Program offers advocacy and intensive community-based support to assist individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis. Our multidisciplinary team includes:
- Nursing
- Social workers
- Peer support
- Family support
Who can use it?
Anyone 16 35 years old, who has experienced a first episode of psychosis within the past two years
