About this organization
We provide direct assistance to people in Canada experiencing difficulties accessing Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension (CPP), Employment Rights and other government agencies.
We provide information and referrals to human care and social services in Peel Region. We provide representation at various tribunals.
We assist you in working through various government programs, including EI, CPP, Employment Standards and Human rights.
We help you to complete forms and appeal letters. We provide representation at the appeal level. We make referrals to the appropriate source of help in the community.
Our Mission Statement: To share Labours expertise by organizing and mobilizing workers through education, advocacy and volunteerism in order to build a vibrant, inclusive and accessible community.
The Help Centre program shares Labour expertise through education and advocacy which in turn helps workers receive income and empowers workers to ensure their rights are being met.
