About this service
The Passport Program promotes social well-being, with the goal of promoting independence and self-reliance. Funding for this program comes directly from the provincial government, and it is up to the person who receives the money to decide how they would like to spend it. Participants with Passport funding can live independently and do not need to be involved in any other Pathways program. People with Passport funding may choose to pay for specific services, such as a qualified staff person to assist them with an independent activity in the community or participate in one or more of the activities planned in our Community Inclusion Programs based on interests and goals.
