About this organization
Pensioners Concerned helps seniors, low-income individuals, people with physical challenges, and new Canadians with tax returns and government forms. They work on a first-come, first-served basis and do not offer appointments or home visits. Clients drop off their completed documents, and a volunteer prepares the tax return, then contacts the client when it's ready for pickup. The service is approved to e-file returns for the current tax year. Eligibility Criteria: seniors, low income, physically challenged and new Canadian citizens Hours: February 24 to May 1 Monday: 9:00am - 3:00pm Tuesday: 9:00am - 3:00pm Wednesday: 9:00am - 3:00pm Thursday: 9:00am - 3:00pm Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm Saturday: NA Sunday: NA After this period, service is limited to Wednesdays only from 9:00am - 12:00pm. 613-962-6657
