About this service

The Emotions Management Adult Men's and Women's Program is a fee-for-service program which is open to all community members in the Barrie and Orillia areas. Participants learn to understand and manage their anger responses by utilizing a cognitive behavioural and psycho-educational approach. Upon successful completion of the program, each participant is presented with a certificate for their accomplishments.
