Our community wellness workshop series invites participants from across Simcoe Muskoka to participate at no cost. Offered online through Zoom, a variety of topics address issues of self-care. Talk Back to negativity Are you an educator who wants to support the mental health of your students in this especially challenging time? We have added to our regular line-up of youth wellness workshops. A Call Away: Call-in Counselling Clinic for Seniors The pandemic has increased anxiety, social isolation and other challenges for the seniors across our region. This comes at a time when regular resources are dwindling. Our Call-in Counselling Clinic for Seniors is available by phone. Sessions are free, confidential, and only a call away. The Partner Assault Response (PAR) program The Partner Assault Response program is a Domestic Violence Court initiative that delivers a specialized community-based group counselling program to offenders who have been mandated by the court to attend.
