About this service
The Aging Well Clinic is dedicated to helping seniors living at home, or in retirement residences, deal with the complicated medical conditions that can develop with age. The Aging Well Clinic uses an interprofessional approach. This means multiple health care providers work together to provide you with the best possible care. Services are covered through OHIP and include: Special assessment and treatment of memory problems in adults age 65 and over. Special assessment and treatment of complicated medical conditions in adults age 75 and over. A program to help adults age 75 and over, with complicated medical conditions, prepare for major surgery.
