About this service

Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin (Everyone Helps) is an Interdisciplinary Primary Care Team, providing wholistic care incorporating Indigenous concepts of health and well-being throughout North Simcoe and Muskoka Regions. MWIIPCT clinics are led by Nurse Practitioners (NP) alongside our Traditional Healers and allied health professionals. NPs are skilled primary care providers who can support the health of you and your family. Mamaway primary health services are offered at Beausoleil First Nation and Rama First Nation in partnership with those communities. Traditional healing services will supplement the health clinic at both Moose Deer Point First Nation and Wahta First Nation. Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin is managed through the Barrie Area Native Advisory Circle, with advice and direction provided by the Indigenous Health Circle.
